LATE SPRING WILDFLOWER HIKE–BIG HILL PARK

Meet at the parking lot of the Welty Environmental Center, 1201 Big Hill Court, Beloit
Two weeks later, we’re back to Big Hill Park to look for migrating spring warblers and the later spring wildflowers of the woods that weren’t blooming on our first hike. Trails in this park are wide, but some are steep; hiking difficulty is moderate. Be prepared for a long walk up and down in the park.
