Wisconsin voters don’t need to worry about digging up their proof of citizenship before heading to the polls on Tuesday.

President Trump issued an executive order this week that among other things, requires proof of citizen to vote in a federal election.

Rock County Clerk Lisa Tollefson says there are no federal offices on the April 1st ballot.

Tollefson says some of the other provisions in the order, the State of Wisconsin already employs. This includes only accepting ballots that arrive by election day and requiring a paper back-up of every ballot.
