A Janesville man is arrested on suspicion of a fourth OWI offense.
The Wisconsin State Patrol says it arrested 41-year-old Zachary S. Duffy just before 3 a.m. Saturday morning.
Patrol officers responded to a report of a vehicle traveling northbound out of the rest area at mile marker 168 on the southbound of Interstate 39/90.
Police say Duffy showed signs of impairment and that he was arrested after field sobriety testing.
A fourth OWI is a felony offense under Wisconsin law.
