Cousins Subs is celebrating the opening of its new restaurant in Janesville. The sandwich chain held a grand opening Monday for its newest location at 2117 West Court Street. Vice President of Operations Hilary Krekling says it was the right time to return to Janesville. She says Cousins is a great place to work because it is family owned. The new restaurant features a full-service drive-thru and seats 40 guests. The location is open seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
