A 35-year-old Rockford man is under arrest, accused of robbing a Beloit bank in October of 2024.
Beloit Police say Mario L. Johnson Manns Jr was take into custody Thursday afternoon at Bluff Street and Highland Avenue.
At the time of his arrest Johnson Manns had a gun concealed in his vehicle.
Beloit Police were originally called to First Mid-Bank and Trust on Cranston Road a little after 4:30 p.m. on October 30th.
Investigation determined that a masked man wearing a hooded sweatshirt entered the bank with a bag and demanded cash.
After he escaped on foot, officials found his mask and sweatshirt among the trees behind the business.
