The Rock County Sheriff’s Office is recognizing a group of employees for their outstanding work this past year.
The 18th Annual Rock County Sheriff’s Office Awards Ceremony was held Wednesday night.
Sgt. Andrew Reed says a number of awards were handed out, including Deputy of the Year, Correctional Officer of the Year, and Support Staff Person of the Year.
Deputy Zachary Anacker was chosen as the Deputy of the Year. Reed says the department has performed at a high level while dealing with major events throughout the year.
