The Wisconsin State Patrol says it arrested 41-year-old Zachary S. Duffy just before 3 a.m. Saturday morning.

Patrol officers responded to a report of a vehicle traveling northbound out of the rest area at mile marker 168 on the southbound of Interstate 39/90.
