A South Beloit man faces two dozen counts of capturing and distributing sexual images in Winnebago County Court.

South Beloit police say someone reported to police that they thought they were being photographed and recorded without their consent. They also believed the images were being distributed online, also without consent.

The investigation found at least four women who were victims. On Wednesday, police served a search warrant at the home of 48-year-old Jeremiah Harms. Police say they seized electronic devices in the search.

Harms is charged with 12 counts of unauthorized video recording and 12 counts of nonconsensual dissemination of a sexual image.

Online court records show he has a court appearance scheduled at 2 p.m. Friday.
