Strength training helps older folks stay young.  Because of that, SSM Health is partnering with University of Wisconsin Extension and the Janesville Senior Center for a new series of Strong People StrongBodies classes that teach individuals how to improve strength, balance, and flexibility.  Sara Ennocenti, the Health and Well-being Educator at the UW Madison Division of Extension Rock County, says the class is meant for mid-life to older adults.  She says the benefits of strength training include stronger muscles and bones and making everyday activities easier.  The classes will be held at the Janesville Senior Center on Tuesdays and Thursdays from March 4th to May 22nd.
