The winter storm is impacting public transit bus service in the city of Beloit. Beloit Transit is ceasing operations at 4 p.m. today. This service disruption includes regular routes and the Beloit Janesville Express. Regular service will resume Thursday. At this time, Janesville Transit System buses are still operating.
