The public is invited to attend a celebration of International Women’s Day being hosted next month by the ZONTA Club of Janesville. ZONTA Board of Directors member Edie Baran says during the event, members of the club will be representing different women in history. The free event is being held March 6th at The Woman’s Club in Janesville. The public is invited to come and represent the women they feel are important to them. International Women’s Day takes place annually on March 8th around the globe to celebrate the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women.
