Several staffers are being recognized as the 2024 Employees of the Year in the City of Janesville. Janesville Communications Specialist Amanda Gilbert says these awards are peer-selected. The winners are chosen for their outstanding job performance, productivity, exceptional service, and civic participation. Legal/Human Resources Support Clerk Rebecca Lee was named the Administrative Employee of the Year. The Public Safety Employee of the Year went to Officer Carlos Galvan. And the Public Works Employee of the Year was Senior Engineering Technician Michael Rebman.
All three received their awards at the annual Employee Holiday Party and Recognition Banquet on January 10th.
