A 37-year-old Beloit man who showed up at Parker High School in Janesville after making threats to the principal pleads no contest to misdemeanor disorderly conduct.

According to online court records on Monday Rock County Court Commissioner Jack Hoag ordered Kevin Moore to pay a $100 fine.

Janesville Police say in 2023 Moore showed up to the school with a gun in his vehicle after his daughter told him the cafeteria had run out of food.

The Janesville school district issued a statement saying Parker ran out of the daughter’s preferred food option, not out of food in general, and there were other options available.
